The iconic pop singer, Gwen Stefani, teased her fans with news of a pregnancy back in March. Yet, it’s not what you’d expect.
She shared a photo and video reel of her pregnant cat on Instagram! However, rumors have been circulating about her being pregnant with her fourth child and her first with her husband Blake Shelton.
Stefani and Shelton met in 2014 when they were judges on The Voice. Yet, they didn’t start dating until a year later in 2015. After dating for nearly six years, the couple married in 2021. A year later, they became the topic of ongoing speculation about their pregnancy.

Is Gwen Stefani Pregnant?
The rumors of the couple’s pregnancy were further fueled when fans spotted Stefani sporting a patterned outfit at “The Voice Grand Finals,” which aired on Monday, December 12, 2022. The outfit consisted of an Alexandre Vauthier leopard print mini dress paired with a gold bikini underneath. Stefani accessorized the look with fishnet tights, bold red lipstick, and a tight, sky-high ponytail.
While she looked stunning and flawless, it was reported that the outfit revealed a baby bump.
Days later, the “Hollaback Girl” singer posted a video on her Instagram feed wearing an oversized hooded sweatshirt. Posted on December 15th, Stefani was seen baking gingerbread cookies with Shelton and her boys.
The large-sized shirt again led fans to speculate about a possible pregnancy.
If the pregnancy rumors are true, this would mean that the 53-year-old Stefani would be having her fourth child and the 46-year-old Shelton’s first child.
Stefani was married once before to Gavin Rossdale. She and Rossdale had three boys together: 16-year-old Kingston, 14-year-old Zuma, and 8-year-old Apollo.
Today, Stefani and her ex-husband share joint custody of their boys. This means a lot of co-parenting, which can be difficult because they’ve been known to have different opinions when it comes to raising their children.

Blake told People magazine, “I feel like my regrets would be, if I stayed on this path, that I’m missing out on some more important things in life—and for now, that’s our kids.”
Alleged Rumors of a Confirmed Pregnancy
While the couple hasn’t addressed any of the pregnancy rumors, an insider has revealed that the couple went through numerous attempts at in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments.
After several failed tries, they decided to give IVF one last try. This was spurred on by Stefani wanting desperately to “give Blake his own child.”
The insider source said that even though she’d get her hopes up with every round of IVF. Then, she’d feel disheartened when it didn’t work.
Going through that over and over put tremendous pressure on her. Blake also struggled with seeing her put up with all the mental and physical anguish. This could be that, as of this writing, news of a pregnancy hasn’t been confirmed or denied by Stefani or Shelton.
Yet, what we do know is that the two singers have released several duets together. Their latest single was “Happy Anywhere,” which was released in 2020.
A couple of years before that, they recorded the country hit “Nobody But You.” It topped the charts and even won them a CMT Music Award for Best Collaborative Video of the Year.
To further add to their achievements, Shelton reached a major milestone in his career this past May by receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Then, not to be outdone, Stefani is reported to get hers sometime in 2024, which gives the couple another thing to celebrate together.
